From Blueprints to Burnouts: The Borowski Legacy
In this week’s episode of the Rottler Featured Series we visit Borowski Race Engines in Joliet, Illinois where they’ve been building high performance LS and Big Block engines since 1968.
General manager Ken McCaul gives us a tour of the shop and shows off their suite of Rottler equipment which includes an F68A 4 axis CNC, an EM69, an H85A hone, and an SG9M seat and guide machine Ken says they’ve machined over 15,000 cylinder heads on over the past few years.
Ken says what makes Rottler machines so valuable to his shop isn’t just the precision machinery, but the education Rottler offers that gives his guys the high quality consistency and repeatability Borowski needs to maintain its industry leading standards.
